Returns & Refunds Policy

Products may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method provided:

• The items are returned within 14 days of receiving them.

• The items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all original documents.

Condition Assessment
DARNER will determine if a product is considered used.

Used Items
If a product is deemed used, it will not be refunded. Instead, it will be eligible for an exchange.
