Return Policy:

All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery date.  Items must be in new, unused and contain all original packaging.  A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.  Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of defect.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale cannot be refunded. Please ensure that items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.
  • If return or exchange is the result of our error or defect, shipping costs will not be incurred.

Warranty:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 3 months of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.  Contact customer support for additional information.

Darner holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our 3 month warranty. Darner has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our 3 month warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our 3 month warranty.  Original proof of purchase must be supplied when making a claim.
